We built Lugapha's food truck from a 1971 Grumman RV. Starting with the removal of everything inside. This camper had it all, 4 beds, dining table, small kitchen (with oven, sink, hood, refrigerator) and a bathroom with a tub shower combo. As many can imagine it took a long time to remove all those systems. That was just the beginning as things pilled on that needed built. Drilling ever hole in the stainless to mount it on the walls was tiresome. In the end it was all worth it to create a place to create some of my most delicious dishes. In all it took about 8 month to build.
With passion for BBQ we spent 10 years getting the flavor profiles just right in our rub and sauce. A great mix of sweet, tang and spice. With these flavors and slow smoke it make our signature brisket and pulled pork melt in your mouth.
